A great local family owned restaurant located in beautiful Rock Island. BBQ and sides were amazing. Highly recommend!! Located right behind the Dollar Store when you turn off the main highway. Stop in and prepare your taste buds for some great food and desserts!!
Stopped in today for lunch, we were met with a warm welcome from the owner. He explained what menu options he had available, as they were limited due to the winter season being less busy, but assured us that if we came back in the Spring/Summer he would have more options. There were still ample choices offered even on his reduced menu! I ordered the bologna sandwich, which is typically smoked, but the owner explained he would make it fried in the skillet as he hasn't smoked...read full review

Always good food and good service. The owner is very friendly and goes out of his way to make sure that you are satisfied. Best BBQ place to go to, especially if you want some down home cooking.
