She is picky as she is quite an excellent cook herself, so for her to rave over someone else’s cooking is quite a compliment. The crew arrived on time and were efficient, polite, and friendly and the food was excellent. Salmon was great, not over done at all and the macaroni and cheese was quite yummy. The servers were hard working and well organized. We had numerous compliments on the food at the wedding reception and even requests for their name. I highly recommend Cj’s catering, as it was a pleasure using them for our food vendor.“
