camper really enjoyed...would like to see a few more bathrooms around and maybe a better system organizing. need a little better way to organize during meal times. Probably should think of preparing food and then just puting how many you need at table then tossing trays down instead of campers wasting time standing. Regardless of whether the food was "good this year" or not, the dining hall will always be a place for scouts to gather, regardless of age. Great place, staff and atmosphere.

You don't visit the dining hall for the food. You visit because of the tradition...plus, where else are you going to eat when you're stuck in the middle of nowhere. Lol.Actually, the camp is exceptional. I've been camping at Buck Toms since I was a Tiger Cub back in the early 1980s. My troop just celebrated it's 85th anniversary this year and will continue it's scouting tradition at Buck Toms in the future.
