Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

my wife and i had lunch at this location on friday may 30 2025 and the service was horrible and my food was cold , we never received re-fills on our drinks, my wife was halfway finished with her salad before we received napkins ,i could not wait to get out their ,i will never ever go to this location again,at rocky top .our waitress and the food was terrible

The food is of a consistent quality. No matter which Cracker Barrel you stop at, you know what is on the menu and what it's going to taste like! If you have to wait to be seated, the store is full of interesting items to browse. Service is usually first rate.

Why do you keep changing the menus???? I do not like the fried turkey I want the old turkey back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have taken alot of items off the menu serving items that are NOT SOUTHERN. Who are you catering to because I have seen a big drop in customers??? at this store. We use to have to wait in line any time we went. Now we are immediately seated.If you are catering to younger people who drink open a Cracker Barrell for these people.. You have lost a ton of business at this store because the clientele is 50 Plus most of the time and I never seen them drinking liquor
