So disappointed in the Rocky Top Store and the manager Chad. We ordered on line for my Granddaughters 4th Birthday over a week in advance. But on the day of the party was told the order had been completed the day before and that it would not be re-made. Thanks to the manager Angel at the Lafollette store she saved the day!!
