Ate here with friends from a recommendation from the Coal Miners Museum and I'm so glad we did. The food was really good and the staff and service was great! I had the 1/2" bologna sandwich and fried okra.

The place is classic Tennessee. Recommend going on a Friday for Karaoke was fun to watch, and the people were just loveable. Had a bacon cheeseburger with a grill cheese sandwich on top! Heart attack but delicious!! Not fancy. Tennessee,though! Get there early on Friday because it gets busy
Food was very tasty but it would have been some what better if the Hamburger Steak had had a spoonful or two of Brown Gravy on it

My Wife and I had been wanting to try Fox's Diner for a while and today we was in the area and we stopped and I am sooo glad that we did.I had the catfish dinner and I don't have one bad thing to say about it. The fish was thick and cooked to perfection, the dish came with crinkle cut fries, cole slaw and hush puppies. The sides was just as good as the fish too ! My Wife had the 6 pc. chicken tenders plate and it came with crinkle cut fries also. The pieces of chicken was big and juicey and she could not finish her meal so she got a to-go box for her things.Now to the wait staff, We had a young man waiting on us and he had to be the most polite and professional young man that I have seen in a long time and I later found out the he was the owners son. Mom and Pop should be proud of their son and their business because me and my wife will be returning. Fox's Diner is a family owned restaurant with a comfortable feeling about it and our opinion of this Diner is very high and we will enjoy food with them again. I will rate this visit as 5 star experience.

Go there just about every morning for breakfast. I usually get 2 fried eggs with bacon and toast. Sometimes biscuits and gravy. Free coffee for about $5. Can't beat the food and service
Parking: Plenty of parking space. Everyone treated with respect. Enjoy talking to other customers
