Bush league….they were out of ketchup (who runs outta ketchup??), chicken portions were small and the lemon cake was frozen solid and inedible. When I approached them about it, they replied “we just got them out of the freezer, that’s just the way we serve them”. What a joke…you’d be better off tooling down the road and eating at a real restaurant. No wonder they’re losing market share…

Our cashier James gave my husband great recommendations and was so polite and welcoming. This location was the extremely clean. All staff encountered was polite and helpful. I highly recommend this location Rocky Top, Tennessee restaurant# J718137.

The gal at the window was awesome. We waited for a order of livers. The chicken always awesome but someone forgot to put the breading on the livers not good, no one wanted to eat them. We were traveling over 6 hrs so we didn't complain had to get going.

Well, we stopped here for a bite on the run and to use the bathrooms. The food was fine, the service was ok. It was clean. The bathroom stalls had door so small and so high off the ground that I was worried that someone could see most of me in the stall.
Definitely don’t recommend it for a bathroom stopover when you’re traveling.

This is the third time we have ate there and each time we say we will not go back. This time we mean it. They must not change their grease or they reheat by dunking it back in grease. I have ate at KFC in Knoxville and there is no comparison. I think the only reason they stay in business is because poor people from the interstate do not know any better. They should be reported to corporate. I wish I knew how!
