Nice little spot to grab a bite! We stopped for breakfast. The food was great (biscuits were amazing) and the staff was friendly.

I went in to order carry-out a little later than the normal lunch hour so things were quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly. Between four adults, we tried the patty melt, fried bologna sandwich, reuben, and grilled chicken salad - onion rings all around. Everything was excellent. This was a happy find after a morning on the lake!

When I give this a five star on the atmosphere, just remember it’s a mom and Pop diner. That’s the atmosphere. You were there for you truly feel like family. I almost had to thank them for letting me visit. lol. The food is great. The prices are great. My dad had the steak and cheese sub. I had a patty melt. It was all great. Their homemade chips took me back in time.

Well this was my second try at eating at this restaurant. I arrived on mother's Day hoping to have french toast two eggs and a meat. I entered the restaurant where there were six tables free. As I was waiting the servers, two female servers-- portly shaped with round faces were arguing about who's turn it was... got into a shouting match. I thought they were going to start shoving each other, if this happened I left before it did. I don't go out to eat to have that type of disruptive experience in a restaurant. Get rid of this staff. if it's family figure it out and fix it. perhaps they need to work in another environment. Perhaps they need to work in another place while they hewn people skills. Such a shame this restaurant should be thriving and providing exemplary guest care. The only other choices were a cracker barrel, McDonald's and gas station Pizza. The servers need to realize they are there for the guest or they should pretend to be. Instead of being there for themselves. If I wanted to see a beer bottle busting bar fight I would tune in to HBO.🙈

They charge extra for using your credit card, so the price doesn't match the price on the menu. This place must be owned by a woman - men rarely do this. The portions are small. Nothing special about how the food tastes. They expect a large tip. I don't recommend this place, there are other options, Cracker Barrel is just up the road and their parking lot is always packed and you know what you are getting.

Awesome lil diner, stopped in on our way home from Gatlinburg, definitely worth a short drive off the freeway. Servers were great and so was the food. If you're looking for a mom/pop style restaurant this is the spot. Get the hash browns with cheese, onion and jalapeno; you won't be disappointed!
