I have went to this subway 3 times this week. Once at 1pm, once around 7pm and now 8:30pm. Each time they say they are refusing drive thru orders that you have to walk in to get a sandwich. I asked why and when the drive thru will be working again and they said they always close it and do what they are told. Very rude and don’t deserve the one star I’m leaving.

HORRIBLE experience this evening!!! Two different employees had their small children in the restaurant while working. Unattended and running throughout the kitchen and storage area, VERY LOUD!! Employee, Layla was unfriendly, NEVER SPOKE A WORD TO US!!! Will NOT EVER RETURN!!! 0 STARS!! SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE!!
This was a total disaster of a visit. We stopped by to get a couple sandwiches and the store was a mess. There were children of the employees running everywhere even back in the kitchen and storage areas. The kids were screaming, yelling and just totally out of control. The employees did not speak when we talked to them. If I could I would give them a zero. We'll not be back!!!

We tried to order from the drive thru and the girl couldn't hear us. After raising our voices and repeating our order 5 times, I finally yelled so she could hear me, and she mouthed off at me that there's no reason for me to raise my voice. I left without finishing my order. They also didn't have the right sandwich bread or the types of cheese on the menu.
