Can you ever get a taco meal where the meat hasn't soaked through the hardshell . It doesn't matter if you dine in or get it to go the tacos fall apart from being soggy ..horrible

Went through drive through for something quick to eat for three people. Had to repeat my order several times. When I get to the window I asked 3 times if I could get a couple bell dipping sauces. Was told to wait a minute. I paid for my food. Asked again about the dipping sauce. Then I was asked if I had paid for my food already? Told them yes. Then was told I'd have to pay for the sauces which is fine so I paid for 4 sauces. Was asked to pull up and they would bring my order out. I pulled up and waited almost 10 minutes before order was brought out. Pulled to the parking lot to eat. The sauces I paid for were not in the bag, so my wife went in and asked for them again and told them we already paid for four of them. The chicken liver i ordered was dried out and crunchy like it had been setting under a heat light all day, my daughter's cheese quesadilla had beef on it and my wifes chalupas was burnt and hard. Needless to say almost everything we ordered got thrown away. Was very disappointed. Have ate here many times before and the food is usually good. Not sure if we will be going to this KFC/Taco Bell anymore.

My husband stood at the front counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone that works there to take. I had to call the store to get an employee to come take his order. 15 minutes later we are still waiting on 3 Dorito locko tacos and 2 burritos really. Worst place ever. You got employees in there walking looking like they are lost. On there phones. That is a bad business. I was a manager for fast food. If I was a manger in that store I'll tell you what my employees would know what to do and if not bye

Stopped at the restaurant an hour before close. Before even walking into the building the big guy behind the counter threw up his hands like he was upset, was greeted with an “I guess I’ll just re-mop after they leave” and terrible service through the ordering process only to have them mess up the food in the end. Waste of money, avoid if possible.

Friendly service however a little slower than previously experience. Appears clean and stocked.
Ordered black bean crunch wrap supreme, they gave me the meat one. Which I can’t eat meat. I stopped on my lunch break and didn’t have time to turn around to fix the order. They insisted I needed to come back in. Obviously I can’t lose my job so I couldn’t turn around. They can’t get orders right the first time. Disappointing but not surprising. Wouldn’t refund when I called, even though I spoke to the employees who took my order.
EXTREMELY SLOW: Avoid this if you are in a rush. When they don’t give you your food at the window and tell you to pull up that’s code for “it’s gonna take a long time”

Went in for a quick lunch and got a snide server. He then shorted me 5 dollars on my change an practically called me a liar but after the manager counted the drawer he indeed had short changed me. The food was good but I would watch ur change at this place
