I ordered 1 regular jamoca shake 1 small curley fry 1 jalapeno roast beef slider gotten 1 vanilla shake, fries were Luke warm, called to get the right thing and was put on a when I come back later list. so what do I eat and drink now. I paid $8.75 for my supper and I get to eat is a skidder. I hate vanilla shakes and I told him that. do I have to heat my fries in my microwave? I offered to bring it all back to get the correct items since I only live 7 blocks away. but no I'll get them on my next visit. I don't know if I want to even come back again. I have to drink something from my own house and I'm not heating up fries that should of been at least somewhat hot to begin with.

This was THE worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. I was in complete shock by how bad everything about this experience was: they were out of multiple items, my food was wrong twice, forgetting dipping sauces, taking up an hour of my time, and the staff was too concerned about getting a smoke break to do their jobs. I was so excited when Arby’s came to Savannah and loved it for the first few months. Lately it has been pitiful to watch its downfall. I hope something is done soon to revive their respect in town. If something isn’t done soon, this place will not make it.

Ordered 4 sandwiches and 1 order of mac bites. Mac bites were awesome! But of the 4 sandwiches there was only 1 in the bag and then the one lady acted like she didn't believe me even though I hadn't left the drive thru.

Went through the drive through. Service was exceptional, food was hot & delicious. Great experience.
It's pretty good but they were way better when they first opened. Now they forget your sauce and it just seems it's not as good. The cookies suck since they don't make them fresh anymore

Arby's is always a good choice for fast food. The roast beef sandwiches and crinkle fries are the main reasons. We will usually pick Arby's over other fast food restaurants for this reason.

Foyer smells like cigarettes because employees are to lazy to smoke away from the main entrance. Store manager doesn't seem to care that he is allowing employees to break state law 39-17-1803.

Let me say that I love Arby's and I hate this happened. So I was on my lunch break and whet through the drive thru placed my order get to the window and they hand out a bag and a drink and I didn't order a drink so I tell them you gave us the wrong order no big deal. He asked what was my order and I told him then he asked for me to pull up still common practice no biggie. After about five min they come outside and asked again what did I order and he goes back in. Tictoc 20 min ago by and I have to go back to work so I go in and they still haven't maid my order not even started on it and I said you shouldn't clear the drive thru screen to prevent this from happening.

Have became my favorite fast food. Need to get the owner of burger king to come there learn how to run a restaurant. Thank y'
