If I could give this place no stars I would I am a regular at this place and I always get a number one and a macaroni and cheese. Tonight I went through the drive. They know us so well. They already know our name by our order and voice we pulled around. The line was taking a little too long so my husband went in to pay as money was about to be taken off of our card. We were rudely told that they could not void that transaction or take our money as it was through the line per se and proceeded to tell us to get back in the line. We got back into the line and waited for another about 10 to 15 minutes in which we asked him to please remake the food that they had sitting. Then they gave us the wrong food. My husband went back in to let them know that they gave us the wrong food. They rang it up wrong and say that we cause problems and say that we cussed at them and they would not remake our food screamed at my husband to get out of her store and that they will not do a refund nor make our food I constantly supported this Arby's every single day I will post the video of the lady lying and screaming and refusing to fix our order or give our refund one person s name was Zack and a women. Manager I don't have her name ATM. I cannot believe the amount of disrespect and unprofessional in business like obviously the customer is never right in their eyes. I cannot believe I have supported this company the amount of time that I have months and months so much of my money and that's how I was treated. That's how a valued customer was treated. I'm definitely getting a hold of corporate

This is one of the nastiest Arby's I've ever seen. Sticking to the floor while I walk through the lobby nasty and the drink station was trashed as well. I skipped going to the bathroom just in case. However, the half pound beef and cheddar was pretty good and well constructed. All the fried foods were beyond standard and the service was ok.

We were happy to see Arby’s open here in our town. We like Arby’s food, so we go somewhat often. Rarely is our order correct when we get it. It is never hot. It might be barely warm, if we are lucky. We have to ask for some sauce packets and they practically throw it as us when we do.We have gone to Arby’s multiple times to ask for the Angus CheeseSteak, only to be told every single time, that it is *unavailable*. Yesterday, before I made another wasted trip, I called the local store ahead to see if the Angus CheeseSteak sandwich was available before going there. The person who answered the phone seemed incredibly annoyed, but said that it was indeed available. I said thank you, but she just hung up. I left and went straight there - less than three minutes from where I was - only to be left at the speaker for 7 minutes, before someone asked to take my order. I asked for 2 cheesesteaks, she rudely cut me off and said, “The cheesesteak is unavailable.” I can understand that anyone can have a bad day, but Arby’s in Savannah, TN seems to be having a bad YEAR. I don’t know who trains the employees but they need work. I guess we will have to enjoy Arby’s when we go out of town from now on. I don’t plan on wasting any more of my time going to this one.

Cashier was so rude I asked for something it's been took off but it's on menu in red letters discontinued or something u look up I could not see it. She had that rude attitude and I can't stand that. I'm the customer asking for something and all it takes is....I'm sorry sir it's off the menu it's over the picture discontinued well did not notice thank I can see it now!!!! Simple if I would be rude I would like to be told I am so I could work on being more polite why because it's the job especially dealing with people all day with fastfood. I asked for the gyo sandwich she said which one besides it it said (roast beef) what (gyro) a gyro is not no roast beef. If I wanted a roast beef I would ask for a roast beef sandwich. But she was like which one I stared wondering what which one gyro is a gyro I was confused and she said well it's right their um right their then I seen what she meant but super super rude additude you can hear it in here voice very rude. The other lady that she asked to take her spot because I said the the lady you ain't got to be so rude and it is ur job

I was served raw chicken. Then i was served a side of attitude when i told them it was raw. No sorry, our fault, or any accountability. They did make me a new sandwhich but only after making me feel like i was the problem for saying something about it. The only issue was the raw chicken they put on a bun and served to a customer.
