Stopped by on my way back into Brooksville from Dade City. We got The Carolina sandwich and a Southern Philly! Both were outstanding!! I was SO excited to see a South Carolina mustard based sauce here!! The pork and the beef brisket were amazing on these sandwiches! I think we’ve found our new favorite BBQ place ?
