“I’m not usually a huge cheesecake person… but Kimmy-Cakes Cheesecake may have completely changed my mind. 🤎 Her cookie butter cheesecake is my current FAVORITE. It’s light, fluffy, and has the perfect amount of sweetness without being too rich or heavy. The cookie butter flavor is absolutely incredible and every bite somehow gets better than the last. What makes it even better? Kim is SO easy to work with! As someone who makes custom cakes myself, I know how important that is. Since cheesecake is her specialty, anytime I need one—she’s the very first person I call! I’m also incredibly thankful for the many customers she has sent my way for wedding and birthday cakes over the years. Supporting other small businesses and building each other up means so much. 🫶 Safe to say this has officially become my birthday dessert from now on. 🎂😂 From this point forward, I fully expect a Kimmy-Cakes Cookie Butter Cheesecake every single year!“

“This is a small operation bakery, mostly for campus, staff and a few others, but they do make sales to off campus people who want to drive in for fantastic, home style whole wheat buns, whole wheat bread, raisin bread, and other delectable eating. Best to bring cash.“
