“I’m not usually a huge cheesecake person… but Kimmy-Cakes Cheesecake may have completely changed my mind. 🤎 Her cookie butter cheesecake is my current FAVORITE. It’s light, fluffy, and has the perfect amount of sweetness without being too rich or heavy. The cookie butter flavor is absolutely incredible and every bite somehow gets better than the last. What makes it even better? Kim is SO easy to work with! As someone who makes custom cakes myself, I know how important that is. Since cheesecake is her specialty, anytime I need one—she’s the very first person I call! I’m also incredibly thankful for the many customers she has sent my way for wedding and birthday cakes over the years.
