There food is good but I ordered 10 piece meal , I got 1 breast , 1 thigh , the rest was wings and legs, I only got 3 biscuits. I ordered a extra side. They gave me 2 green beans n a gravy with no mashed potatoes. Should be 3 breast, 3 thigh , 3 wing and 3 legs . They are messing up bad pot pies are not worth 50 cents besides 3 dollars. Big jack patties are the same size patties that burgerking gives for what used to be their dollar menu. Very little taste subpar to say the least. Truly a waste of money. Go get yourself a double cheeseburger from The Spot right down the road for a great tasting burger, cheaper too.

I told the lady at the drive thru Happy 4th of July and she said rudely, “I don’t celebrate that due to “I won’t mention on my review.” It’s an American holiday and that is offensive to me. Keep that to yourself or don’t say anything. She is always rude whenever I go there not to just me, but almost everyone. Put her in the back to cook. Or get a better attitude please. You don’t need that front and center if you want to attract business.

Jack’s southern fried chicken sandwich is my favorite! Fast service
Great place to eat. I was from out of town with my mother in the local hospital.I ordered a lge coffee with cream and sugar.I had no idea how much to tell them I needed. They gave me just the right amount. The gravy and biscuit was great too, We got burgers to go a few days later and they were good too.

Unclean floors and tables, dirt and dust and employees junk all over the counter. No gloves. Employees not even wearing Jacks uniform, just dirty clothes. Employee hitting their vape. Can’t even get an order right and gives you the smallest chicken tenders and barely any fries.
