Got our food and horrible customer service. We ordered our fries and I Kid you not, there were 10 fries the size of an inch. Asked for ranch & comeback sauce and only got ranch. They rushed us to take our order, not friendly, and there were mashed potatoes down the side of our bags. Everytime I go to Jacks, I expect them to be better than last time and somehow EVERY time they disappoint. I could see if it was a one time thing but every single time is absolutely ridiculous. Do better and quit being lazy.

This was our first time ever going to this restaurant.. and it will be the last. Lady at the drive through window was very short with talking to me and was out right rude !! She shut the window in my face as I asked for napkins because we had none in our bag . Acting like we were hindering her from talking on the phone. Food was good but, I’m not talking attitude from anyone. I’ll go somewhere else.

Food is always pretty good from this Jacks. The employees attitudes is a different story. 1/2 of the time it's friendly employees that makes it pleasant. Then there's the other 1/2. Rude people should not work in public service js.

Few of the employees are very rude in there I ordered 2 double biscuits and gravy by the time I made it to my house my seat was covered and the bag was filled with gravy hardly any gravy left in the container with biscuit . I called aswell as sent corp a email I got not even I apologize for the situation or even a standard email. Very inhospitality I'd say .
