Packaged extremely well for summer shipping. I wouldn't hesitate to order again, even in the summer. Caviar is one of those foods that makes you slow down and really savor each bite. Plus, there's something undeniably elegant about the whole experience that makes any occasion feel a bit more special. Especially when it's just friends in your backyard for no reason except a beautiful summer night!

Absolutely incredible Paddlefish Caviar! Ordered 4 oz tin for me and my wife to enjoy on Christmas Eve and Christmas and can't be happier with the fresh quality and great service mailed right to our door. I searched probably about a half dozen companies in the US and Kelleys had the best price I could find. Also knowing it's a family run business and most likely the product would be great. I also wanted it fresh and not to far from Fla as I new the closer the fish was straight from TN the fresher the product would be. We will 100% order again from Kelleys Katch. Highly recommend.

It is clean, fresh, and a domestic caviar that could easily be compared to high rated international brands. As a personal chef, price is always important when I’m shopping for my clients (or myself), and their price on point for the amount of caviar you receive. Overall, we were very impressed and love that it’s local! Can’t recommend this caviar enough!

These good folks are our go-to for high and consistent quality caviar. Maybe lacking a slight touch of their very expensive competition, but ALWAYS a satisfying order! Even before taking value into the equation, they are absolutely fine, but once value is added they cannot be beat.

I just LOVE their padlefish.Never had a problem with delivery or quality.Yes their caviar doesn't keep (for comparison Petrossian caviar keeps several months/year), but you can't compare a $300/lbs process to a $3000-6000/lbs one.My late dad who was used to petrossian caviar still loved Kelly katch

After receiving an email from Kelly’s I responded and purchased $300 of their Sturgeon caviar to be used at our Easter dinner. Upon arrival the package indicated it had to be consumed by 03/31 - 10 days after receipt. Easter was three weeks away. I called them and told them my problem - the woman’ s response was a laugh and her suggestion was to eat it now! I then asked for the manager and told him my issue. He said he would refund my $40 delivery charge but would not take it back (I was willing to return at my cost and just wanted the item replaced in time for the holiday - no way! I then emailed the owners and didn’t even receive the courtesy of a replay. There was NO INDICATION ON THE EMAIL THAT IT HAD TO BE CONSUMED IN 10 DAYS OR ON THE ORDERING SCREEN.!BUYER BEWARE OF THEIR HORRIBLECUSTOMER SERVICE!!
