I’m not usually a huge cheesecake person… but Kimmy-Cakes Cheesecake may have completely changed my mind. 🤎
Her cookie butter cheesecake is my current FAVORITE. It’s light, fluffy, and has the perfect amount of sweetness without being too rich or heavy. The cookie butter flavor is absolutely incredible and every bite somehow gets better than the last.

Absolutely amazing service! I live out of State and wanted to surprise my parents. I messaged Kimmy before thanksgiving with my request for a box of Christmas cookies idea.I know they are known for Cheesecakes, but Asked anyway. And best decision ever! She said absolutely. My husband bought us two different flavors of cheesecake to try for my birthday weekend. The peanut butter and the coconut caramel pecan both tasted amazing and we couldn’t believe how huge the slices were! Hands down some of the best cheesecakes we’ve ever had!
