Orders were both wrong and was impatient and cut off us ordering another drink and took a long time to even run the card let alone make the sandwich...lettuce was soggy and bread was stale

The young lady that waited on us was extremely nice.

We ordered our food online and drove to pick it up. When we got home we realized the messed up every sandwich despite the order being in front of their faces.

We returned and they asked if they could just add/ remove things from the sandwiches instead of remaking them.

We insisted they do their jobs properly and remake them.

This time when we got home we realized they didn’t put a single slice of cheese on the sandwiches this time.

I should also be clear this has happened every time we have tried this subway recently.

We usually order here instead of the closer adamsville location, just because the workers are more sanitary, but they get at least one sandwich wrong every time I order online, which is easier than telling them what 3 people want on their sandwich.

If I could give 0 stars I honestly would for the way I was treated today. I accidentally ordered at this location when I meant to order somewhere else and they told me they probably weren’t able to do anything but to call back then blocked my number and put in the app that I picked it up. Absolutely disgusting.

I went for lunch on a Monday and no one was in line. The workers were talking in the back but I could see them and they clearly saw me but made no acknowledgement of my presence. I stood patiently waiting and when they two girls finished their conversation. One girl turned and looked and me and asked if she could help me. I told her my order and she was pleasant but I was still a little irritated that I had to wait for them to finish their conversation before they would help me. Plus she didn't apologize for making me wait either which further irritated me. I got a pizza sub toasted 6 inches and made it a combo meal with a small drink. I added 3 cookies to my order as well. I live in Clifton, so about a 20 minute drive and I did not expect my sub sandwich to be still hot or even warm but I never expected it to be on stale bread. The first bite I took I couldn't even chew it, because it was so hard. So, I had to take all the fixings off and put it on my own bread at home. I thought Subway was known for have made fresh daily bread???? This wheat bread was a 1,000% not fresh at all. I will not return to this location. I will just have to try Waynesboro and see if I have better luck with them. Unsatisfactory service and terrible food!
