We ordered through the app today & when we got our food home, we discovered that the churro was so hard it made a snapping sound when broke in half. Broke, not pulled apart. The bread was torn and falling apart in both sandwiches - that had 2 different kinds of bread. The chicken cheese roll up was very dry and didn't have hardly any filling and came with a half empty dipping sauce.
I don't get it. When we door dash the food is never like this. When we order at the restaurant it's never like this. Do y'all hate app orders or what? Very disappointed in our meal today.

Missed the birth of my great uncles but it was woth it as soon as my flatbread meatball sub (toasted with american and provalone cheeze with a little shredded mozzarella on one side and spinach leaves on the other side hold the greebn peppers and a little teriaki sauce on it - wait also can I get some black pepper and sprinkle it liberally (no Kamabala) and with a couple of chocolate chip cookies but if u don't have choacolate chip then I'll take macadamion nuts instead) hit my throat. Yummm

Lets make the world a better place
I was traveling thru Savannah Tn on my way to a friend's in Waterloo Al and decided that I wanted Subway. I like the food but our Subway is not the best IMO. I walked in and there were several customers eating and a short line in front of me so I said to myself, this must be a decent place to eat. I usually choose a salad and I was not disappointed. The service was very fast, the ingredients were very fresh and the line of servers were smiling and very courteous, I was impressed. The store was clean and well maintained, the drink fountain was clean and the lids and straws were well organized, a lady was restocking the chips and checking on the tables as we were dining. I usually get a couple of the cookies with my order and they were soft and fresh, I really enjoyed my dining experience at the Savannah, Tn Subway restaurant, stop in and patronize a well managed facility!

I ordered 3 subs from this place. A foot long turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and mayo and got a 6 inch BLT that needed to be heated and got the number 45 wrap. There was no lettuce tomato or mayo on the foot long and the BLT had pepperonis and wasn’t even a BLT! That being said the incompetence of the staff and service is a very unprofessional way to do business with the public. What a waste of time & money.

Everything was pretty good except they need to take $100 bills. I've made the mistake of ordering $40+ in food twice once at the Walmart location and once at this location before getting to the register to find out they don't do anything over $50. Having to walk away and leave the food over $50 in change is kind of aggravating.

Stingy and tight with the ingredients for an Italian sub. We have been to other subways and never had a complaint or a problem with the amount of meat and cheese that was in the sub. THIS place is a ripoff!!!!! No friendly service here!!!! I asked for extra tomatoes because she was spacing them out sooo far apart!!! She just ignored my request!!!! She handed me the finished subs(2 of them!!!) And the bag was as light as a feather!!!I even wrote an email to the higher ups and NEVER got a response!!!! Dissatisfied and disappointed!!!

Please get your speaker fixed since you can't obviously hear but don't think for one sec I'm going to drive back around to finish my order because you claim orders can't be given at the window. Secondly if your memory skills aren't that great when an order is being read then have some paper to write it down. Absolutely the worst service by far in Savannah.

The meatball sub is my favorite! The employees are so fast and efficient and the manager Cristy always greets me with a smile! This is my favorite location by far because the customer service is so great!
