This is as much a family restaurant as you'd expect. Locals come here regularly. Food was good. Had to have an omelet at dinner with biscuits and gravy. Friendly service. Even the other customers like to engage you in conversation.
Positives: Ordered the catfish with hushpuppies and slaw. They were all very good! I'd definitely go back for their catfish and maybe use their drive through window for a to go order. Negatives: A fly kept buzzing around and landing on our table. The chairs were uncomfortable and the place was too brightly lit for my tastes. The waitress brought a glass of tea to our table with a bowl of lemon slices sitting in the top of the tea.

Food was good. One drink refill is the limit I am guessing because that is all we got. I was there about 30 minutes. I could see at least 6 dirty tables when we arrived and 3 were still dirty when we left. But at least 3 waitresses on their phone at any given time.
