The poor girl at front counter did an amazing job during the ice storm 2026 , low staff due to storm , it was stressful for her and she kept smiling even when customers were rude to her about the pos system not working correctly , Thank You Beautiful Lady you were amazing

When we went in there was a huge line, should have been our sign to turn around but we stayed and watched a family of 4 walk out because of the wait. The girl taking orders was on her personal phone the whole time we waited in line and actually told whoever she was taking to on the phone that she could talk on the phone all she wanted to at work, very unprofessional Wendys ! Finally took our order and we got our food , chili was good but the tenders and fries were so greasy you couldn't eat them. Oh and the drink machine was disgusting and looked like it had never been cleaned and the tables were filthy and we have to clean one just to put down.

I've visited this place several times and have always ordered the same salad, making sure to specify that I want blue cheese. However, every time I receive it, there's no sign of blue cheese.
It's frustrating to have to remind every time I order, and still, my request isn't fulfilled. I'd like to know what's going on with my order, are they forgetting to include it? Don't they understand the importance of my blue cheese
The food is generally good, but this lack of attention to detail is unacceptable. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve their service and ensures that customers receive what they order.

Food was great, warm but not cold. The employees in the drive thru window were cussing, and not being friendly at all. I ordered a coffee and they gave my boyfriend his drink then our food then slammed the drive thru window in our face not even giving me my coffee that I paid for. The employees kept talking about quitting and had no friendly interaction towards the customers.

We can always depend on Wendy's for a good burger when we travel. We have pets we travel with and you can get them a plain burger no bun. Love their burgers. Hot and tasty.
We get our dinners drive-thru so we really don't have that problem with going inside and seeing what the restaurant looks like except for stopping and using the restroom. Every time we've been in there the place looked clean. And in the Drive-Thru it's always a friendly person that has me my order and who makes my change and stuff. It isn't a very long wait. Their hamburgers are very good, but they have shrunk in size and doesn't look like the ad on TV, but it's that way with every restaurant nowadays. Restaurants are telling employees not to put as much on there as they used to. And we always check our order when we get it we do not drive off cuz sometimes something will be forgotten but they are better than some other restaurants that we frequent about getting things correct to the order, save your ticket so you've got proof of what you ordered and that you have been through the line. But we have had a pretty good service and good food even though the hamburgers are smaller. The cheeseburger biggie bag is a good choice if you like a cheeseburger or a burger because they got different kind of biggie bags and it is a good value. Me personally I like the single it is a good size Burger for me and everyone else I suppose and there is a double cheeseburger and even more after that and bacon cheeseburger and it's good. I'm picky over my bacon and I want it cooked in so many places do not cook the bacon correctly! But their food has been good every time we've been through there.

I get a daves single , thinking it's going to be fresh ingredients & I get a tomato that was wilted from being in refrigerator to long & brown lettuce , nothing taste nastier than that , what happened to fresh ingredients
