I grew up in California and taco trucks were one of the things that I missed the most after moving here. Jose is the real deal. By far the tastiest Mexican food I’ve had in any state East of Arizona.Get the birria tacos!!!!!! For real.
You've seen this blue truck sitting next to Maxine's across from the car wash. And maybe you've been scared to stop and give it a shot. Put your fear away and stop in. Juan, if I remember correctly, is from La Huerta which is located in the Jalisco region of Mexico.
