This is unbelievable & unacceptable! I never write bad reviews, but have to this time… Couple years ago our whole family decided to quit going to this McDonald’s. The list is entirely too long to explain all the reasons why. But today I decided to give it a chance, I live 7 miles from it & was craving a chocolate milkshake. SOOOOOOO I CALL & ask is your milkshake machine working ?? Yes mam

Awful service. Ordered breakfast in drive thru at 10:04 am, as of 10:25 am still waiting. All while a manager sits and eats her hot cakes.
My husband and I were staying in selmer Tn because our well had gone out. We ordered our food and they were very busy. When I got to the hotel our order wasn’t as it had been ordered. I called the manager and she replaced our entire order at no charge. For the next time came thru. Today I went there and this time everything was great. Thank you for your great customer service Deborah holland
