The wife ordered a combo and received a different combo than ordered. We were in a hurry so she decided to keep it. After leaving the store, i realized that i did not receive any sauce packets. I then looked at the receipt, the wife should have received two individual sauces that came with her order but were missing. The drive thru window was slow and there might be a reason why this store has a terrible rating.
I was recently at Taco Bell in Selmer. While there I witnessed something that is more common then it should be. A customer yelling at the kids working, some of these kids this is their first jobs. After getting their food corrected, plus a total refund, so their meal was free, they continued to cuss and yell at the employees.
