The Apple Barn has been a favorite of ours for the past 20+ years. Unfortunately, though, we left highly disappointed this visit. While the wine is truly delicious, it's an expensive tasting experience and the most expensive price per bottle in the area. The server was clearly only there to pour; barely spoke, was not friendly and did not appear to be knowledgable about the wines at all. Excellent Customer Experience and Great Wines!
I’m not a wine fan really, we left with a bottle of Muscadine Wine, delicious beverage. We also went to the Cider House, also delicious, we will be back when we come into town.
