We had quit coming out here cause the food and service were terrible!! But we came in over the weekend and had the most amazing server, Erica. We didn't have to ask for refills or for anything we needed. She made sure to take really good care of us and anticipated everything we needed before we needed it!!! So we WILL be coming back regularly from now on..

Best experience at an Applebees in a long time! The sevierville team is doing amazing this place has really came a long way! Our server Amber was fantastic! She was the bartender taking tables with a full bar and making drinks for the rest of the servers. She absolutely rocked it! As busy as she was she paid attention to everyone and just kept a smile on her face and connected with her tables and bar guests. We will ask for her every time. The food had really improved also.
