Arby's in Sevierville

“It's usually a bit of a wait, seems to not have a lot of staff, but food and customer service is always great! This last visit It looked like just two people running the whole store, still didn't even take as long as I expected given the circumstances, and food all tasted fresh. The person in front of me had such a rude tone with the drive through guy, who was as nice as can be. If having to wait a couple extra minutes for your food spikes your blood pressure that much you should go on a diet anyway.“

“This is in no way a bad review, but yall need to help that poor boy. He was moving so quickly i barely got his name on his name tag, it was Cole. It seemed like he was doing everything, making food, doing frys and taking orders on the headphones, even though he had help right there. There was a younger black gentleman who seemed to be “under the influence” and was just moping around not doing much, and Cole would just go right by him and do his task (maybe?) I’m not trying to get the black gentleman in trouble, hence i didn’t say his name, yall need to give cole a big raise for how hard he was working“
