It seemed like he was doing everything, making food, doing frys and taking orders on the headphones, even though he had help right there. There was a younger black gentleman who seemed to be “under the influence” and was just moping around not doing much, and Cole would just go right by him and do his task (maybe?) I’m not trying...

I come to this store often and normally don’t have a pleasant experience but today the girl at the window Katherine was super nice and sweet she was prompt when she took my order made sure it was accurate and was super polite. We almost did not return after our last experience with a manager on night shift who always seems to be hateful and rude. This is one minute from my home so I am a regular. I know it is hard to keep staff in our area but the staff are always preoccupied or honestly just not friendly. The last 3 visits I waited ten minutes at the drive thru, once pulling off. The other 2 visits one car was in front of me. Are they understaffed i am not certain? Is this the reason for the level of service given, again not sure? Iam honestlyJust shocked at the consistency of the negative customer service. I pray...
