I have a complaint. This is the second time it has happened. I order a pretzel without salt and when I get it the bottom is burnt. All you can taste is the burnt pretzel. I thought I liked your pretzels but now I don't know. This is very upsetting.

Went today for a mini dog pretzel the lady say it will be ready in about 10 minute,so she ask me if i want her to go head and droped it and i said nah i will be back for it !!,,10 minute later..i went over there again and ask nicely is the any mini pretzel dog ready instead of saying no she get mad and ready to cuz me out sayin that she asked me if i want her to droped the mini dog and i said no,well in my understanding regardless i said yes or no that mini dog should be ready...read full review
