I will never return here. This morning a thing sitting in the car next to me did want to follow the merger so they pulled in front of me and almost hit my car. I wasn’t even aware that they/thems ate at Chick-fil-A. They then proceeded to yell profanity and flip me off multiple times all while 2 of your employees one being a manager sat back and watched. They thought it was funny when I got up to get my food. Very unprofessional and not family friendly since the guy was yelling loud enough for everyone inside plus the line to hear.

Very friendly staff, however… we were visiting from out of town and on our way back home, we stopped for breakfast. I got my 2 year old the hash brown bowl and after a couple of hours driving, I looked to see if he had finished eating and realized there was tiny black pieces of hard plastic all in his food… it was too late to turn around and get more food, but I just thought somebody should know for future orders!

This is my favorite chic fil a. They handle busy times well, perfectly timed handoffs for togo orders. The food is always fresh. Ill be more likely to order chic fil a, just because i know how "on-point" this location is. I wont ever go back to Dolly Parton Pkwy Chic fil a, after multiple unenjoyable visits.

Ordered a simple Southwest Salad with regular nuggets & was given a Southwest salad with no nuggets, avocado lime ranch for some weird reason that does not go with the salad, and waited almost 20 minutes to get the food. Chick Fil A is always great, but this location, it just is not the typical Chick Fil A I’m used to.
