Update. I was taking hubby to Dr appt so i dropped in the Seymour Dunkin and they fixed me a new Triple Mocha. Perfect. I updated my rating.

Usually my coffees are great but today I got the worst ive ever had from Dunkin. Idk what happened but it has no flavor. Triple Mocha Frozen.

Service from Karisma was not very friendly or welcoming heck didn’t even get a greeting from her. She had an attitude from the start. Ordered a lg frozen mocha light flavor and no chocolate Drizzle just Carmel. Then quickly changed my size to a small. She had more attitude from the switch. Then her coworker made the drink wrong she put Carmel blended in frozen. Karisma caught it ask if I I still wanted I said no she had more attitude. She remade it I reminded her “light”...

Stopped in on my way to work. Joan was an absolute angel. She was so kind and understanding. I wasn't familiar with the coffee menu, so she walked me thru what they offered. She was so patient. My iced coffee was perfect, and I look forward to my next stop. I only hope Joan is there to take my order. Take good care of her, she will keep the customers coming back.
