This young dark hairs girl with the eyeglasses at this location today at 545pm in Sevierville is so rude and nasty and made our experience at this location terrible. Better do something about this employee before you have no customers left. She’s terrible.

Just had to wait an hour in the drive-through line with a mobile order and when we got to the front, they were out of everything that we had ordered. They were just letting people wait in the line without telling anyone they were out of food. The app did not update the show it either. I know they were doing the best they can, but this is pretty unacceptable.

I've had a few less than great experiences here, I lived in Tennessee for this past year though and the staff that personally I interacted with have always been kind, always respectful. I hope some others can have a more pleasant experience in the future.

Terrible service. Waited 15 minutes for a a black half and half coffee. When asked about it, got attitude about other people waiting in the drive through. Incompetence at its best.

There is no consistency when it comes to making drinks here at this location. The last two times I’ve stopped here to grab a caramel iced coffee, the caramel flavor doesn’t come through and I know with 5 shots of Caramel you can taste it because I order this coffee at other locations. I think it also depends on the individual making it. So with that being said, if you have employees that make exceptional coffee each and every time, then those are the employees that should be making coffees daily. Not someone that just doesn’t care because that affects your customer base. With that being said, I will not be returning to this location.

ordered a medium hot coffee, was told it was $ 3.38, got to the window and was $ 3.84 and was handed a small coffee, young man at the window was lost at the basics of any aspect of his job.

The shift lead was super rude and deserves to be fired. I watched 2 doordashers ask politely about there pickup order and she yelled at them the store was super busy but that is no way to treat someone dunkin corporate fix this store and let this person go.

Aug 2nd at 3:12 pm. Ordered two iced lattes, sat at the speaker for at least five minutes before we were even acknowledged. Spent an additional probably 5-7 mins at the window once we got there. There was only one car in front of us and a line of several cars behind us. Apparently the very unfriendly females working were only doing one order at a time. Definitely the slowest and worse location I as a local have ever been to!!
