Audreianna was so extremely nice. I was not expecting that from a Dunkin at all. She gave us service that is standard for a competitor of Dunkin’. From start to finish, Audreianna was patient and pleasant. Dunkin’ should look into the qualities of Andreianna and find more employees like her for their company.

I had gone inside with a friend to order two drinks. I don't drink coffee but I do enjoy their matcha. I have a usual of a large matcha with almond milk replacing the milk, light ice, two pumps of french vanilla but i changed it and added two pumps of brown sugar. I emphasized on matcha because Ive had them mishear me before. They proceed to not only prepare mine in the medium my friend got but then got our drinks mixed up- When we told them about my drink being matcha, she told me I never told her. It was very discouraging as someone who has bad anxiety. The two employees both had headsets and dunkin beanies on. Possibly they didn't actually hear me but regardless, we left with our orders completely wrong and we were dissatisfied and disappointed.

Not paying attention to orders being placed and also smiling it does not take much if you don't like your job please go find one that makes you smile! The macchiato was told strong and did not get my whipped cream with caramel either!

Service is usually friendly, and the food/drink quality is usually good. However, order accuracy in my experience has been pretty hit-or-miss. Examples: a month or two ago I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich with no meat but received one with bacon and no egg, and today I ordered a hot tea and received a black coffee (the sticker on the cup was for my order, so I know it wasn't an issue of them just handing me the wrong cup).

Stopped today at 2pm. Very little selection available. Asked about other donuts available and was told it's too early to start making donuts. Saw 6 employees standing there talking! Not pleased. Will not go back to this one....ever!

My husband & I stopped here for donuts & I needed a restroom. We intended to buy a dozen. When we came in to the business we were greeted by a young lady who was running back & forth from the desk to the drive through. It was around 8:25PM and the selection was limited. I asked where the restroom was and was told it was not available because it was being cleaned. I said, “You’re kidding me, right?” She said, “I’m sorry but there are chemicals being used so we can’t let you in.” I have never encountered this situation before. I told my husband that I had to go back to our vehicle. He bought a couple of the leftover donuts for himself and we had to go find a restroom for me. Since there was one person dedicated at the time to cleaning the restrooms, why was I not offered the other restroom?
This error in judgement cost them business that day and forever. Our son lives there and we visit him several times a year. The loss of our money isn’t going to bankrupt them, but I’m sure others will encounter this incompetent level of customer service and it will show eventually. I contacted corporate and was told the franchisee would contact me in 2 business days. Nothing so far.

Customer service was horrible. Kept getting heavy sighs over the speaker from the female taking my very short coffee order and sarcastic answers when I asked a basic question about flavors available for donuts. Will never come to this Dunkin' Donuts again.
The service here is ridiculous. We stopped here to grab breakfast and coffee after being up all night with our sick child. He has cerebral palsy and a heart condition and was up sick all night so we stopped here to grab food for him to have on his belly before his medication and going to the dr. His breakfast sandwich didn't have any egg on it when it says in the description it comes with egg. My wife went in and nicely asked for it to be made with an egg and the lady yelled out loud it doesn't come with an egg. But it does according to the desciption on the menu. They threw the egg on it and gave it back. We threw the food away and went somewhere else.
