Aug 2nd at 3:12 pm. Ordered two iced lattes, sat at the speaker for at least five minutes before we were even acknowledged. Spent an additional probably 5-7 mins at the window once we got there. There was only one car in front of us and a line of several cars behind us. Apparently the very unfriendly females working were only doing one order at a time. Definitely the slowest and worse location I as a local have ever been to!!

Audreianna was so extremely nice. I was not expecting that from a Dunkin at all. She gave us service that is standard for a competitor of Dunkin’. From start to finish, Audreianna was patient and pleasant. Dunkin’ should look into the qualities of Andreianna and find more employees like her for their company.
