Ate there at 6:45pm on 10-27-24. Good food and the manager was checking on the customers at the tables. Thats old fashioned good customer service. This manager needs a raise. He's the best. We will be back.

I have one complaint. I went into the women’s restroom and they was no hook on which to hang my purse in the stall. The door does not lock so leaving it outside the toilet stall is not an option. I am not setting it on the baby changing table for obvious reasons and zi am not setting it on the floor . There needs to be a place to put a hook to hang handbags, jackets or other items while using the toilet. Please ask the manager to get this done ASAP. We eat there often and it would be very helpful and sanitary for there to be a hook install on the wall between the changing table and corner or next door to the door opening on the inside. Thank you

First time eating at Freddy's, burgers were amazing as the fries. Excellent menu selection. The custard well I personally love custard and for me by far the best!!!!
Now let's talk about the show stopper for me, and thats the service. The crew were super polite and inviting. SPEEDY service and when I tell you we had all of our food before I even sat down after paying i was really impressed. 5 of us 3 special orders and nothing was wrong or missing. Now I dot like to brag but I feel I need to say this to get my point across. I was so impressed with all the above I went asked for the manager and tipped the whole crew 10 bucks.
Now I know this just a small little ol restaurant but this is what America needs to get back to when it comes to customer service and just caring about ur fellow man. These folks take pride in there work and that's something that has died in some parts of this country. So ya they all deserved a little extra.
And lastly this is also for those that might be working for tax free tips. The standard just went up!!!! Thanks for you service yesterday Freddy's it was awesome.
Oh ya I forgot ?♂️ I just remembered after reading another review. I'm big on sauces and always looking for a new dipping sauce and I bought a whole bottle of the famous Freddy's fry sauce...... SLAPPIN!!!!!

First time eating at Freddy's. I was impressed that lettuce wraps were on the main, overhead menu.
I usually have to take the bread off because I have a sensitivity to gluten.
Burgers and fries were excellent.
Dietary restrictions: I eat gluten free foods. I got the patty melt on lettuce. First time I was able to order without having to tear my burger apart to remove bread.

Perhaps it would be best if they carried bottled water, so that when someone asks for bottled water, they can give them actual bottled water instead of tap water. Plus, the cheese curds were nasty-tasting.
