I don’t even have the right words to describe how amazing Chef Ray and his team are!
We booked him to prepare a private dinner after our wedding and it was absolutely perfect. Not only was the food delicious, he and his crew made the meal so special. Chef Ray’s charm and Witt kept our guests entertained during dinner and made everyone so comfortable. I can’t count how many times I heard “that was the best wedding food I’ve ever had!”.

We use their services back in 2011 during our honeymoon. It was so worth the value and way better than most restaurants would love to be in the area again just to have the amazing food. He came in. He cooked all the food and took all the dirty dishes with them left us with instructions so we had enough food for the week. They were even able to accommodate my husband severe onion allergy.
Where to start? Chef Ray knocked it out of the park! He catered a 90th birthday buffet dinner for my sister in law. We rented a large house in Sevierville where the family could gather and celebrate together and enjoy each other's company and not spend a lot of time cooking. Ray and Lisa were so easy to work with; explaining the entrees/options and going out of their way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The food was phenomenal, with French onion encrusted salmon, roast beef Wellington, bbq meatballs, Brie and Cherry pastry cups, and more sides. There were endless compliments on the food from guests. This is a wonderful choice for any event in the Sevierville area.
