The food was descent and the service was just ok, but the cleanliness was a major red flag that if we had noticed earlier we would have left before ordering. You can see they wipe the dust off the walls up to about 5ft but after that they are caked with dust to the ceilng and the fans are filthy too. Would take a simple swiffer attachment to reach, however looks like this hasnt been done in years. Hate to put down a restraunt but this is unacceptable for a place serving food. Wont be back for this sole reason, makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is..

My family of four was looking for some burgers and found this place. No kids menu to be found. Family of four $80 for four burgers and fries. Plain burgers at that. Food was ok. There were water leaks all over. It was dripping all around us with buckets in the floor. My 7 year old had the water leak on his head and table while eating. Water leaks def need attention especially for the cost of the meal.

Had a turkey burger & it was almost the worst one I’ve ever had. I need to stop going by Google reviews on some of these places. My husbands was just ok, he had a regular burger patty. Would not recommend this place!

It was a great restaurant. Our waiter was great and the food was pretty good. The fries were basic but still good just not seasoned. The classic burger was very good and so we're the fried pickles which came with graze sauce.

This is probably the best burger I have had and healthy too. A little out of the way but well worth it. Sets about 100’ from Dolly’s statue in Sevierville. Our server Shelby was the best. Make sure to tip her too. Had more fun eating lunch at Graze Burgers than anything else on this trip.

They definitely seemed understaffed, but were very friendly and the food was GREAT!! Definitely a great local option if you want to get out of the hustle of the high traffic touristy area.

This is our 3rd and probably final trip. The first time we came- 5 stars! We tried again another time and the wait and service was exactly like was described in the low reviews. So we gave it another shot today - because we know sometimes days are just bad. However - we arrived at 12:30 and it is now after 2:00 and we are just looking for our server to pay our bill and get out of here. We were not in a hurry- so that gave us time to observe. 2 different couples came and left after sitting at the bar with zero service. Bar tender seemed to have to jump out to the floor. The one waitress / hostess was so so slow. She apologized in advance to everyone asking them to be patient. This would not be a big deal truly if it was a one off- but this is unfortunately a pattern I think for this location. Ascetically this place is gorgeous- but that’s all we can say. Food was mid- after the length of time it took and the fiasco happening around us.

We did sit immediately, however, it took 30 min to get our food which came out wrong. Some burgers were cooked over, some under, some came the wrong way. Burgers were lacking seasoning, fries lacking salt, onion rings over salted. Very disappointing for the price. Then to wait 20 min just to get a check and pay. Server was nice though.

Definitely worth the stop. Had the chili chili bang and it was perfect. Unique and delicious burger buns and awesome fries and onion rings. If you appreciate a chill vibe and a great burger this is it.
