Graze has been one of our favorite spots for years. However our visit today was lackluster. The service was nonexistent. The burger dry and overcooked. Would not recommend and honestly may not return with all of the new options in downtown Sevierville.
Disappointing. Onion Rings were greasy and the breading was separated from part of the onion. Fries were not hot. Burger was just ok. Considering the combinations of flavors the burger should have had, it didn't have much flavor at all. Service....management needs to train their staff. They shouldn't be picking stuff out of their coworkers hair let alone while standing near the food pickup counter and then not wash their hands.

Ordered a turkey burger but unfortunately it was not available. Got the original cheddar burger. No bun. Very tasty. Juicy without being greasy. The onion rings were light and crispy. The staff was friendly and the place was really busy. There was a wait.
