“I absolutely love Healthy Balance! I had major surgery on my foot, which required 12 weeks of recovery/ rehab, no weight bearing. Healthy Balance has been a lifesaver! Delicious, homemade frozen meals, that require no prep! Just heat and serve. We buy 10 ant a time and keep them in our freezer. We eat them about 3 times a week… the owners are delightful, and helpful!
The restaurant itself is very pleasant, and has a lovely, creative menu of fresh meals. We highly recommend this local, family owned restaurant, whether you eat in, or need some home cooked frozen meals. We are so blessed to have them!“

I mean getting all those nutrients for only 14 calories AND it tastes good. Like how? If you aren’t going here then I don’t even know what you’re doing. Love this place!“
