I’m a local and stop by Honeybees every morning for coffee and the occasional breakfast burrito. Today April 2nd is the second day in a row this shop hasn’t been open. The 4th time in two weeks. I know they have new management but this is unacceptable. I might have to find a new coffee shop although that would be awful. I prefer to give my business to the local community but it is hard when they aren’t open.

The coffee was delicious! But it was challenging to get to and the service was different. The front lady seemed sweet but said maybe one word to us. Overall great place for a good cup of coffee, but not for a very welcoming environment.

I will go to Honey Bee over any coffee shop in the area. My favorite barista is Rachel because I don’t have to tell her my order. She starts making my latte as soon as I walk in which gets my in and out quickly when I’m short on time.

Baristas seemed like they didn’t like their job very much, no greeting or anything. Just told me I’m not ready for you but proceeded to talk to her coworker about a work related problem. Hot chocolate was good though.

By fare the best coffee shop in the area, one of the only coffee shops in the County were you will have fresh espresso beans roasted days before they pull it.Not only is the quality of their coffee is of very high level, the customer service is outstanding. I walked in the other day, with in minutes they already had my go-to-order ready for me before I could even get to the counter to order.You can expect to have great coffee, great customer service and lastly, a great atmosphere! If you are ever in the surrounding areas make sure to make at Honey Bee Coffee Sevierville!

The taste is good and customer service is nice BUT they never make the hot drinks hot enough. I have been to both locations and each time I order it HOT it is at most room temperature, not even luke warm.

Usually I don’t write reviews, but this needs to be addressed. Decided to get a matcha, tasted watered down and you couldn’t taste the flavor. I went up to one of the baristas and asked to add a bit more syrup, she gave me a rude look and just stared at me. Definitely wouldn’t recommend!!

Worse coffee, i got a ice latte with vanilla, coffee tasted like milk with bitter coffee, do not recommend workers were not friendly, zero personality. Would think the coffee would at least be good if they baristas weren’t. Would recommend finding a different place if you like GOOD
