Greg was a fantastic waiter! He was very quick to serve and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Food was fantastic and having a playground for the kids to play on was great.

This meal was $40 each. And you received very little food for the price, mainly all for food( corn and potatoes) i received 1 claw and a small cluster of legs. We had to keep asking the waitress next to us for drinks and sauces

I eat there yesterday and ordered crab legs about 2 hours later I was sick to my stomach and puked my guts up and thes the only I ate and the waiter ripped the bottom part of everyone's check so I'm sure added is tip on so I don't recommend this place at all

A must stop while visiting this area. Come hungry the portions are big and the food is fresh. The staff is always welcoming.

This was our first visit, and unfortunately, it's unlikely we'll return. Initially, our server Steven made us feel unwelcome. Despite kindly requesting sauces and utensils with our meals (which they had forgotten to add),there were issues with the order. After bringing only utensils, we had to ask another server, Ciji, who promptly rectified the situation. However, the food itself was disappointing. The Snow Crab Steampot had overcooked potatoes and an unpleasant taste, while the Lobster Bisque was curdled, cold, and tasted spoiled. The manager offered to recook the steampot and replace my dish, but the results were the same. Steven seemed disinterested, failing to check on us despite passing by several times and giving stares. Eventually, Ciji took over as our server due to Steven's lack of effort. When requesting the check, it took longer than expected, and Steven even marked himself as the primary server for a possible tip, which we declined. While waiting for our check(s) we also observed Steven failing to wipe anything off the bar after clearing others leftovers while customers are taking a seat in front of him. Throughout the ordeal, Ciji went above and beyond, ensuring our satisfaction and apologizing for the inconvenience. She was professional and understanding, despite having to pick up the slack. We made sure to leave her a tip as appreciation for her exceptional service.Note: Towards the end I had to speak with Ciji one on one and apologize about what was going on. I explained that the actions from Steven was unacceptable and that she shouldn't have to do some else's job.

The worst experience ever! We waited 20 mins for a table by the bar. We had a waiter and a waitress, so I thought we would have had a better experience. It took 10 mins for someone to take our drinks. We ordered our food, and we waited 40 mins for it. The waitress had to see where our food was at. I ordered the Seafood Pot which was nasty, cold, and overcooked. I sent the food back due to it being not edible. The manager was sent over due to the food being sent back; and I thought it was going to be rectified correctly and it wasn't. I got a new dish and it was still the same results. I end up eating some due to being hungry. I was so upset after the replacement, that I wanted to speak with the manager again. We waited 40 mins when the waitress, had to go yell at the manger to do his job. While waiting for the manager, our waiter was asking other customers, at the bar if they wanted shots on him; Due to them experiencing incorrect food and long food wait times. Our waitress was doing both jobs while he was playing around. The manager ended up coming to the table and stating he took off the Seafood pot, after the waiter already gave us the new check. Which, we waited 40 mins for. The waiter switched his name on the check to receive all of the tip, while the waitress was busy non- stop. Due to the lack of him doing his job, we only gave the waitress a tip. After, we left the table the people in front of us ended up leaving due to waiting and just getting their food. All In all we were there for 2 hours, and it was horrible experience.

Was here on spring break with my kids. The joes in our hometown went out of business before they were born but I was nostalgic. Food was good. Atmosphere wasn't what I remembered but good.

We had a 30 minute wait, yet upon seating there more tables empty than there were full. Likely, this is due to short staffing and somewhat understandable. The taste of the food was outstanding but the service struggled tremendously.We sat at our table for 20 minutes with menus but no ability to place our orders. The waitress eventually returned and said that she was in the kitchen watching for our food to come up when she realized she had never taken our order. Upon finally taking our order, she went to two other tables to take their orders which delayed our order entry an additional ten minutes.Additionally, after being at the table for over an hour in total, our entrees finally came out. When the food arrived, there were three or four things that were incorrect.Once we were finished eating, the waitress once again disappeared and we were forced to wait 15-20 minutes before we could submit payment. Then, once our cards were taken, we spent another 10 minutes waiting on her to return.The summary is simple: The food was great but the service we experienced was as bad as any we have ever encountered. The whole place seems to be suffering from mismanagement and a lack of training.

Food was honestly amazing for it being Joes a chain place. I did order an extra side of snow crab which was over cooked but didn’t really care as I was full by the time I ate it. The bartender was on fire! I had 2 Long Islands and I was feeling amazing on my way home. Definitely would come back.

My family was visiting pigeon forge and decided to eat at Joe's, there were 8 of us and we had a BIG order, the quality of food was awful! Very dry and barley seasoned, my food was col, we sat outside so I thought maybe that was why but it was cold from the first bite on...I didn't say anything to the waitress as my kids were hungry and just wanted to eat but I definitely don't think we got quality food for the price we paid?
