We ordered on line ahead. It was ready on time we had a 15 minute ride back to the cabin we look and we were missing part of our order. We call talk to them they said they would have to get the manager put us on hold for 30 minutes we hung up try calling back they never answered the phone after half an hour calling we gave up. We usually always check our order.we forgot to check the order. reminder always check your orders befor leaving restaurant.
We visited Joe’s Crab Shack on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025 in Sevierville, TN after a very long day at a cheer competition. Our group was a party of 25 — and only 10 of those were adults. 🫣
My family alone is a wild party of six. Usually for my daughter’s cheer competitions, I travel alone, or if my husband joins us, two of our kids stay with grandparents — one because she wants absolutely no part of the cheer world, and our sweet boy Madden is autistic and nonverbal....read full review
