Drive up order. I am so disappointed in KFC. The bone in chicken is not worth the cost. Eight piece, two sides, biscuits $30. The chicken are small pieces & have a lot of fat & very little meat on each piece. It does not taste like the traditional chicken we all came to love. The cream potatoes tasted watery. We’ve tried several times now hoping for change. I am disappointed in needing to give a negative review. I will not return. I do not recommend. Please make changes....

Overall a very average experience 3. They have only fried chicken, nothing grilled, i don't eat here enough to know this, but..

Ordered the 12 piece meal-part crispy/part original. Excellent customer service. Order was completed quickly & correctly.
Paper plates and forks were offered & accepted as well as grape & strawberry jam.
Everyone was polite and
courteous. The interior was clean and bright. We will definitely visit to this location again when we return to the Sevierville area.
