Krispy Kreme

I went to this Krispy Kreme location twice on my vacation there this past week. Once on the 18th in the morning and on the 21st in the morning and both days I got stale donuts that had to be from the previous day. I have never had an issue with Krispy Kreme before. On 18th the donuts were stuck to the box because they were not fresh. And on that day, also the young lady behind the counter was not friendly at all. And on the 21st, which was this morning we stopped by there on the way out of town and got two dozen and I knew as soon as I bit into a donut they were not fresh. I will not be stopping at this location ever again. I am not going to another website to leave a review. This is all you need to know in this paragraph

Seems like the workers don’t really care much about customers. I was rushed trying to order and when I asked could I look at the menu the lady got pissed and the guy just stood there staring at me

Other than the windows being to dark and couldn't tell they were open the donuts were a big hit with the granddaughters!

I don't know about the food because I never got served. Seems like the employees have more important things to do than wait on the customers.

Of my goodness! Who could ever give this place a bad review. Go when the light is on and dive into a dozen of hot donuts. You will think you’re in heaven.

Apparently never learned my lesson with this location. Order a dozen in drive through and I get ice cold doughnuts with moisture sitting on the glaze… yuck! I immediately asked for a refund and will from now on go to the Krispy Kreme location in pigeon forge. That one is worth the extra gas/time.

I was surprised to see old donuts in the case on my last visit. I tried a few of their original glazed donuts but ended up spitting them out. I thought they’d have fresh donuts first thing in the morning, but I guess I didn’t time it right. Hopefully, they’ll improve on their quality control.

6/11 at 3:08 p.m Very rude went there apparently during shift change and was very polite and both women at the window had an attitude for no reason .Have friendlier people work your drive through. It's not your customers fault they are working the position they are.

I just came through and the man at the drive-thru was so kind I had misspoke on my order and ordered two Donuts incorrectly and when I came back through he's so kindly replaced them with no charge I thought that was really kind considering it was my fault and it wasn't technically anything they done so that was really nice I had a great experience and I'd highly recommend this establishment

Went to buy donuts but couldn't with a gift card because their system was down. No warning until we went to pay and staff didn't offer anything for the inconvenience.
