Went through the drive thru to get coffee on the way in to Sevierville for the day. The worker was rude when ordering and again at the window. Got 2 ice coffees, which terrible and a waste of $8. Save yourself time and trouble and just drive to the next one.

I am a former employee at Krispy Kreme, and I used to love it there until Ann the manager showed up. She is rude, disrespectful, and does not know how to talk to people. I have constantly been bullied by Ann and on top of that, they accused me of posting a negative review so I feel like the best option would be to make an actual review of my experience. Do yourself a favor and do not come here. Ann will judge you as soon as you walk through the door. If you do decide to stop by, do it on a Monday or Tuesday when she’s not there. 0/10. If I could give it negative stars I would.

I’ve been to this location once, and that was once too many. Not one redeeming thing can I say about this location. Donuts were absolutely stale and tasted as though they had been baked 2-3 days prior, service was absolutely an insult. I was treated as if I inconvenienced them by stopping! I’ll make the extra drive to the one in Pigeon Forge where it’s actually worth the wait and money. This store is clearly one that either needs new management, ownership, or closure!
