On yesterday I placed a to go order the to go specialist Crissy was amazing. Upon returning home and inspecting my food I found that the Chicken Scampi was overcooked and dry. I had a family emergency and could not contact the restaurant that day. I tried to eat my food upon returning home and it felt as if I was eating tumble weed the food was so dry so I went in today and asked for a manager. Reese the manager met with me and I explained my situation to him and his response...
The food was great as always. Our booth was in a terrible spot. Having worked in restaurants I know that they know where the bad seats are and to be put there when it wasn't that busy wasn't great. They put us right in the walkway that the servers used to go to the kitchen. We could hear the kitchen the whole time banging on the other side of the wall.
Average Italian food. This time I got the limited time 3 meat cheese manicotti. It was good but basic. Nothing special but it wasn't bad. Our server was great. He was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. Olive garden is a good general Italian food stop. Prices were around 18-20 bucks for an entrée.
