Food was good, B&G was salty as could be. With the night crew 1/6/25 the experience wasn’t that great. The lady sever was kind of out of it. Didn’t have carbonation for any sodas and no tomatoes. The worst part of the experience was their Bluetooth speaker they had playing. Nothing but explicit nonsense music and probably as loud as it could play. We left as soon as we could.

Ordered online to pick up in person. Said it would be done by 6:53pm, so we arrived at 6:58pm. We went inside to pick up our order, and we're told that it's going to be another 10 minutes. We're fine with that, and sometimes you get busy, and things can take a little longer. We'll heres where the 1 star comes in. 10 to 12 minutes goes by, and we go in to see if our order is done it is not they say that it is not even been started yet. Then, one of the employees goes off on my sister-in-law for no apparent reason, going on about how it's been a long day and he has a lot of stuff going on at home. Now, to avoid any further confrontation, we all go inside our car to wait while my brother stays inside to wait for our order. While he was inside waiting, the entire staff was talking bad about my sister-in-law while taking a further 20 minutes extra to get our food to us.

- 40+ minutes wait after estimation - rude staff - food isn't even that great tbh

Extremely rude service. Placed an online order and expected pick up time was for 20 minutes later. I showed up 25 minutes and was told it would be another 10 minutes. Cool. Waited in my car and came back in 15 minutes later and was told they hadn't even started on my order yet. They were very slow. 2 tables in dining. So not sure what the issue was. All in all waited 45 extra minutes and had to check and make sure everything was there, because as people were paying they were telling the cashier there was food they ordered that they never even got and no waitress checked on them. Smh

I have been to Waffle House in sevierville ,Tn numerous times. Tonight was the worst I have ever had. The guy/girl that took our order didn’t even do that right. I ordered the all star special and they left out the waffle. The grits were lumpy and cold and the bacon was black. We also ordered the Texas bacon steak melt and the bacon again was black, I asked for onions in my hash browns and they left that out. Overall it was terrible! I definitely won’t be going back! The he/she was running their mouth about me complaining. All I want is for you to do your job, if you can’t do that, go home and get out of the kitchen. I don’t recommend anyone to that location! No onions in my hasbrowns and idk if you can see the bacon in the pic provided.

I love waffles. I particularly wanted to try out waffles' house because my coworker brought me some, and I enjoyed everything that was on the plate. The service was good. My server engages with us and the waffles I enjoyed. We were seated in no time and served. Small but full. Would recommend. 🥰

I am a Lyft Driver and this is my favorite place to stop for Coffee and Food with Great Friendly Service, especially my favorite waitress Brandi. She is by far the best waitress with her Quick and attentive Service and her just downright friendliness.

I had a horrible experience, worse customer service I have ever had. We ordered and we got half of the food delivered, after waiting for over 20 minutes I asked a girl that passed by, and she said she didn’t know about it that it was the cooker problem and I have to ask him cause she was not her babysitter (she literally said that), I asked for the server that initially took the order, and she said she took the table over the other girl (even though they were both right there), so it looked like the other one gave away the table, we never got the rest of the food, and she literally gave us the bill without even the food being in the table. We left the money of a food we never got or ate in the table and walked away, while the girl got the balls to yell at us if we were not gonna pay for the service (that we clearly did not receive) but we did pay anyways. Do not recommend this location, super poor customer service and attention. They shamelessly don’t care!

It’s a Waffle House… comfort food in a standard greasy spoon diner feel.
Steak wasn’t seasoned. Sweet tea was hot. But let me tell you Mrs Brandy did her thing to get the job done. She took care of me and 3-4 other groups while also washing all the dishes and doing other side work. Great hard worker there.
