Possibly the worst service experience ever! When asked if I could substitute something I was told that they do not do substitutions. That’s fine, let’s get past that. Can I get some mayonnaise on the side? “We are all out, sorry”, yet all my sandwiches had plenty of mayonnaise on them. The food was completely cold, hard buns and PLAIN should be easy to understand, it is right on the receipt after all.
