I have always enjoyed Wendy's. Always 5 star. Today is a radical departure from great. The baked potatoes were over cooked. They were out of meat for the singles so they put 2 mini burger patties on each single. One was burnt. I am surprised and disapointed.

Decided to give this Location a try again since it’s on my way to work. I’ll just remember this for future reference because every time I go to this place it’s mediocre at best. today I went for breakfast. It took forever for just one breakfast sandwich when I got it and finally got it out of the bag, the bottom croissant bun was hard as a rock, and the rest of it was completely inedible even had an egg shell in my eggs. Of course, they didn’t give me a receipt because then I would be able to do a survey. Shady business. Never going back.

When I approached the counter the man at the counter turned towards the ice cream machine and put his hand up to his mouth. Then I heard a dip can shut. That's disgusting to do that right on the front counter, handled tobacco then put his finger in his mouth without washing his hands. Took our order and handled our food that way. Gross and a code violation.

Not recommend this Wendy's unfortunately, first, I order a bacon cheese baked potato with extra cheese, this potato is the worst I ever ate, they just put 2 small bacon, the potato was small also and they don't put extra cheese neither.They charge 1 extra for something I never received and never order and when we went out, they just closed the door after us, I think is because we are Hispanic because I try to go in to used the bathrooms they never open the door.

I used to eat here quite often, but because the service has been going down hill for quite some time, I stopped going to so often. Most recently, I made an online order then wasted my time and gas to find out they were already closed, at 5:00 pm. I ended up going somewhere else. I probably won't be going back for a while, if ever.

Employees are nice. The food was terrible. I took two bites of my spicy chicken sandwich that wasn’t very good. Thankfully I also ordered a double stack, which was cold. Waste of $15. Fries and drink were good. I stopped at Krystal in Pigeon Forge where they cooked up fresh/hot food. Thanks Krystal.
