Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I recently visited Zaxby’s and had mixed feelings about my experience. The food was undeniably delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the Zax Sauce added a nice kick. The fries were well-seasoned, and the toast was buttery and satisfying. Everything tasted great, and you could tell care was put into preparing the meal.

However, as much as I enjoyed the food, I couldn’t help but feel it wasn’t worth the price. The portion sizes were smaller than expected for what I paid, and by the time I added a drink, the total seemed a bit excessive for fast-casual dining. While the quality is good, I’ve had similar meals at other restaurants for much less.

The staff was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and inviting, so no complaints there. It’s just hard to justify spending so much for what ultimately feels like a splurge rather than a regular dining option.

I’d recommend Zaxby’s if you’re craving something tasty and don’t mind spending a little extra, but for me, it’s more of an occasional treat than a go-to spot.

Chicken tenders, fries with extra seasoning, and cole slaw.... EXCELLENT!
The store was clean, the tables wiped down and clean. Trash needed to be taken out but it's understandable why... the place was slammed!!!

Very disappointed in their customer service conduct. We ordered food online, and rather than calling to tell us that some food was not available that we ordered, they took it upon themselves to cancel the entire order!

There's no problem with the friendliness of staff. I've never gotten bad food, but this is the absolute slowest drive thru. No matter what you order you are told to pull up and park. Plan on spending at least 20 minutes here if there are 2 cars in front of you. There's always a hold on chicken and ALL YOU SERVE IS CHICKEN. Chick-fil-A is in the next parking lot and is always busy. There could be 20 cars at Chick-fil-A and I promise you will get your food faster. This place needs better management and training on how to fill large orders all day without it bringing production to a screeching halt. I understand that door dash, Uber eats, and app orders cause more delays but those issues should be worked out by now as they are everyday business at this point. Even if I grab something small for lunch, literally 5 boneless wings, fries, and a drink I still have to park and wait. Today was also a 30 minute trip to the Zaxby's drive thru after work.

On vacation in Pigeon Forge, ordered 2 cobb salads to go & after we got back to our room & opened it up the lettuce was brown , chicken tasted funny , cucumbers & tomatoes were slimy. If we were not so far away I would have taken back!!

Decided to try here again, as hoped things changed. Sadly, not much. Waiting for name to be called, as heard others. Went up and order sitting there, as others came and went. ??‍♀️ Meal was good, but their toast was terrible; squashed bread that was tasteless and slightly burnt and cold. They used to have tasty, buttered TX toast.

The restaurant was half blocked off for some reason; perhaps employees didn't want to clean? Other half, not really clean either. Unfortunately, the seated half was noisy and difficult to have a conversation.

WARNING: If you want a cup of water, be prepared to pay $2.39 for the cup. BTW, they don't mention it, so ck the screen before you pay. Suggest bring your own.

2023: This place needs help. Orders severely delayed or just wrong. Waited 1 hr. between placing order, then having order corrected. Manager, in the end, comp'd meal.

Slighted my wife with very little chicken on her salad...when she talked with the manager, they said that it was the right portion, though my salad had more chicken...didn't take off for the cucumbers and tomato she had excluded from her salad... confrontational ...been coming here for years, will not return... We've never had a manager not willing to accommodate for lacking the food. We paid nearly $38 so better to go to a restaurant for that amount... At least you will get the correct service...

Order our food and the only thing we got was two salads. It took them 40 minutes to make two salads. That is ridiculous
