When the Asian sensation solid is available That's the only time I go there it's amazing I mean amazing Don't be surprised if you got to pull over in the parking lot and wait for them to bring it to you because there was so many the last time I went there there was like five cars next so it's getting the same salad ?

Absolutely delicious. Staff was so friendly and patient. Just hate that they are discontinuing the chicken parm fries, I didn't get the chance to try them. But the food is always great at all the locations I've been too.

Service was excellent. The GM Amber was very friendly and made everyone feel welcome. I came here with two friends and left with 5! The food was great, store was clean. Staff friendly. Great place to stop when you’re in town!

Five of us stopped for a late dinner. Everything was hot and good. I tried the new oriental salad which was delicious. Sometimes they can be slow but tonight food was delivered quickly.

I ate at Zaxby's for the first time and I really enjoyed the Fried Chicken Philly Cheesesteak meal! The flavor was delicious! The fries dipped in Zaxby sauce was also great as well! I also enjoyed the soda machine that allows you to get different flavor additives to your drinks! I had a peach Sprite and I really enjoyed it!
I and my client are very disappointed with the management of the Zaxby's in Sevierville!! We were told they no longer give a veterans discount unless the veteran is in uniform. So so so disappointing.

First time ever eating here. The sweet and spicy boneless wings were good. I wish they had had a sampler plate to try all the flavors of wings so next time I would know what I liked the best. I wish also they would have been able to substitute slaw for the Texas toast. I ended up giving mine away because I didn't want bread and I really would have liked slaw instead.
