Awesome cafe on the Sewanee campus. Good food at very good prices. Can get crowded at peak times, but lots of outdoor seating and a really lovely setting.

The barista suggest a coffee to me that was delicious ! Out of my comfort zone too ! If I didn’t live so far I’d keep going back

I just wanted to have a coffee in peace and I noted they are very political.

updating review because MK was really nice about it and did everything she could to make it right.

Ordered a vegan chicken salad sandwich and at first they forgot to make it and then they served me a real chicken sandwich, which I ate without realizing what it was. I've been vegan for a decade. I'm incredibly sad. When I called to find out what happened, the extraordinarily rude guy behind the counter could not have cared less even though I tipped him 15% on an already overpriced sandwich because he was staring at the stupid tip screen. I thought this place was cute and was planning to spend a lot of time here but will never, ever be back. I feel violated and more. To be fair, a different employee was very kind when I called a second time and offered me a refund and a new sandwich, but I honestly can't get across how upsetting this is. I feel like a Karen complaining to the manager or whatever but this is unacceptable.

Cute little quaint, coffee, shop, and deli in the center of the University of the South. Recommended.

Stopped through on our way home, and desperately needed something other than gas station coffee.
I was pleasantly surprised, and the coffee, staff, and atmosphere is amazing. Wish we were a local!

Always great food, just what we need after a perimeter hike. Delicious coffee, beautiful garden surrounding the shop with native plants and birds, clean restrooms.

Great service and unique menus options with wonderful indoor and outdoor seating. Gluten free and vegan options available. Their honey bee latte is great! They also feature local artisan items for sale.

Stirling's is an adorable little coffee shop right on the University campus, tucked away amongst the towering trees and rustic stone buildings. The staff are fantastic, quick to provide service and kind.

The drinks were delicious, mine the Wildflower latte and my partner's the Dirty Chai.

We also had a breakfast sandwich, and found it filling and filled with flavor. Perfect ✨

We loved the atmosphere and hope to visit again soon.

Really laid back when we went. Love the peaceful campus too. Also side note, we saw Bill Burr when he stopped by here after his show at the Caverns!

It can't be overstate how beautiful the porch was today (August.) The pollinator garden is stunning and there were so many bird species in it. Fans kept us cool and the Sewanee elevation was a relief as someone used to valley heat. My B.L.A.T. was delicious, especially the heirloom tomatoes on it. This will now be a permanent pitstop for me on drives to Nashville.
